DESCRIPTION:  We meet to the right of the basketball courts. The meetu
	p point is to the right of the little hut in the middle of this park n
	ear the trail across from the playground. There will be a group of peo
	ple stretching on the green stretching station there. This a FOUR MILE
	 run. However\, if you want to cut out sooner\, then you can just turn
	 around. We typically run anywhere from 11 min mile down to 7 min mile
	\, depending on who shows up that night. You go at the pace that feels
	 comfortable to you. Also\, some nights a few members of the group mig
	ht meet earlier to do a few more miles or might just extend the regula
	r run by an extra two miles. Check the message board for that meetup t
	o see what people are doing that night. I will always just do the four
