DESCRIPTION:  We begin silent sitting meditation at 3:00 pm. It is ok 
	to come in late but please enter quietly\, take off your shoes and the
	n take a seat in the meditation hall (facing the wall\, unless you hav
	e back problems). From 3:45 until 4:30 we have a discussion about the 
	Dharma regarding how it can illuminate our spiritual practice and dail
	y life. The discussion is led by the teacher\, Rev. Ryuei of the Nichi
	ren Shu lineage. From 4:30 until 5:00 we practice a form of chanting m
	editation that centers on recitation of passages from the sutra and ma
	ntra chanting.\n
