DESCRIPTION:  The Full Moon Concert Series is a new experimental music
	 series curated by Polly Moller of Outsound Presents\, in partnership 
	with the Luggage Store Gallery.  Each concert will explore the traditi
	onal lore of the Full Moon\, and in January\, the "Cold Moon" will fea
	ture the composers and performers of the Los Angeles record label Cold
	 Blue Music.Cold Blue Music began in the early 1980s.  Through a serie
	s of 10-inch vinyl EPs and 12-inch LPs\, the label released music by D
	aniel Lentz (Point Conception\, After Images\, etc)\, Peter Garland (T
	he Matachin Dances and Three Strange Angels)\, Barney Childs (Clay Mus
	ic)\, Chas Smith (Santa Fe and Beatrix)\, James Tenney\, Ingram Marsha
	ll\, Harold Budd\, Michael Byron\, Michael Jon Fink\, Rick Cox\, and o
	thers.  By the time of its demise a few years later\, Cold Blue was re
	cognized by many new-music critics as a label with a unique focus—pa
	rticularly West Coast minimalism and post-minimalism. Reemerging after
	 a fifteen-year hiatus\, Cold Blue releases five to six new CDs per ye
	ar.   Five of its current artists – Chas Smith\, Michael Jon Fink\, 
	Rick Cox\, Read Miller\, and Marty Walker – will make the trip north
	 to San Francisco to share their instrumental compositions in the Lugg
	age Store Gallery.  All works are San Francisco premieres. PROGRAMThe
