	 which help you to both center yourself AND expand your sense of freed
	om in your body. Once you've put your finger on your "inner pulse\," t
	hen we paint! In an atmosphere of curiosity and non-judgment\, you can
	 explore and be in the moment to see what emerges! Trust the process! 
	To encourage expansion\, freedom\, and movement\, we use large pieces 
	of paper hung on the walls. Connect with your body and yourself. NO EX
	PERIENCE NECESSARY! Soulful\, refreshing\, meditative and FUN - and it
	's a great alternative to yoga! This class runs from 10am to 12:00 pm
