DESCRIPTION:  The track is a great way to measure your performance. If
	 you've been running a while and need some encouragement\, come to the
	 track to see how much you've improved. If you're new\, come and clock
	 your baseline. Once you know your ability\, you will see yourself imp
	rove as you train and that's always VERY COOL. I'm not a trained coach
	 or elite athlete. I just know that the idea of running around a track
	 was never appealing to me until I was aware of the benefits.........S
	PEED. The Point Loma Nazarene track is perched atop the cliffs overloo
	king Sunset Cliffs. It is a great place to take in some fresh air and 
	get your speed on. The track is well maintained. I go there early in t
	he morning pretty regularly and have never felt unwelcome. We will mee
	t at the campus entrance and run to the track together. It's a 1/2 mil
	e warm up. We'll stretch for 5 minutes so our muscles are all warmed u
	p. I have several workouts I like to do so if you're interested in doi
	ng my workout\, you're welcome. Otherwise\, pick your own medicine. He
	re's the train schedule 6:00 am THE TRAIN LEAVES THE CAMPUS ENTRANCE 6
	:05 am STRETCH AT THE TRACK 6:10 am START TRACK WORKOUT 6:50 am FINISH
	 TRACK WORKOUT & RUN BACK TO CAR 7:00 am IN THE CAR OUTTA THERE ****If
	 you don't know where the track is park near the campus entrance in th
	e residential area and MEET AT THE CAMPUS ENTRANCE GATE/GUARD HOUSE ON
	 LOMALAND DRIVE and I will be there. We'll do a warm up run to the tra
	ck....which means a cool down run back to the car when we're done**** 
	****If you know where the track is\, just meet there @ 6:05am. You can
	 park at your own risk at the parking lot next to the sport facilities
	. I've parked there many time and haven't gotten a ticket.****\n
