	distance ride for Sunday brunch at the Rio City Cafe. We'll meet at th
	e Fish Hatchery at 8:00am and leave at 8:15am\, and ride the bike trai
	l through Discovery Park and into Old Sacramento for a relaxed brunch\
	, then head back to the Hatchery. This ride is mainly intended for str
	ong beginners and the pace will be adjusted to suit those in the group
	\, though higher levels are welcome to join. We’ll ride at a moderate
	 pace and take breaks as desired. The idea is to push yourself within 
	your limits\, but this is not a training ride. Please update your RSVP
	 if you cannot make the event. I would strongly suggest bringing a bik
	e lock\, there is ample area in front of the cafe to lock up. Remember
	 to bring $$ for breakfast. Please bring plenty of water and a helmet
