DESCRIPTION:  Update for our June meetup this Saturday June 9th\, we w
	ill start promptly at 10:00. We are scheduled to tour 2 properties. We
	 will leave the office after a short meeting around 10:30 or 10:45. On
	e is a short sale and One is an REO property. We will look at purchase
	 strategies\, rehab possibilities & exit strategies. I will also have 
	a list of some other short sale listings I am promoting For Sale. We w
	ill meet at 10:00 at our Keller Williams office at 3 Park Center Drive
	\, Suite 200\,Sacramento before we head out to look at property. Bring
	 camera's if you want to take pictures\, dress casual with tennis shoe
	s and jeans\, the houses are vacant and a little messy. This will be l
	imited to 30 people. I would suggest that you perhaps car pool with ot
	her investors because of limited parking in the neighborhoods. I will
