	Sweep: No It has been ages since I've been to Karen's - like 8 weeks o
	r so! Time to just ride\, have fun and eat great breakfast! From Willy
	 Pond\, we'll head over to the Hatchery and pick up more riders if any
	. Then\, we will ride along the south side of Lake Natoma to Karen's B
	akery Cafe in Folsom for breakfast. This is NOT a training ride. Howev
	er\, you should be comfortable doing the distance and at the minimum\,
	 be at an average of 12 mph. The south side of Lake Natoma can be hill
	y or not\, depending on your skill level. So make sure you know how to
	 use your gears. If you just want to ride part of the course\, we can 
	meet you at Hatchery. We will meet in front of the American River Bike
	 Trail restrooms at William B Pond Park 7:15 am and leave at 7:30am sh
	arp. If the weather is warmer\, I might need to change the start time 
	to 7:00. For those who feel like hammerin' it to Karen's\, please feel
	 free to do so. I'll be riding at a relaxed pace. First ones to Karen'
	s\, please reserve several tables. You can also open a tab on your cc 
	if you want . Please bring plenty of water\, your helmet\, and money f
	or breakfast..... Hope to see you there.... Please note\, there is par
	king fee a WBP. You can park at 5 Pts Shopping center between Fair Oak
	s and Arden and ride to the park if you want.\n
