DESCRIPTION: This is a 2-day course on October 3rd & 4th Wilderness me
	dicine training is beneficial to anyone spending time in remote areas 
	where medical attention can be hours or days away\, and especially ben
	eficial to trail crew leaders\, hike and ride leaders\, park rangers\,
	 and all outdoor adventurers and professionals.  Fast paced and hands-
	on\, this 16-hour\, two-day course covers a wide range of wilderness m
	edicine topics for people who travel in the outdoors. On this course\,
	 you'll learn how to prepare for the unexpected. WMI's unique curricul
	um includes many advanced topics such as dislocation reduction\, focus
	ed spinal assessment and epinephrine administration. In just two days\
	, you'll have the knowledge\, skills and ability to make sound decisio
	ns in emergency situations. This course does not include CPR. Classes 
	are limited to a maximum 30 participants\, and space is on a first-com
	e\, first-served basis.  Registration fees include tuition\, all textb
	ooks and educational materials\, and the National certification.
