DESCRIPTION:  This is a Nordic Pole walking club for anyone at any lev
	el of fitness. Nordic Walking has been a fitness craze in Europe for m
	any years\, but most of us have been too afraid of being the first one
	 in the park walking with Ski Poles and no Snow! That is why I am star
	ting this group because I believe that everyone will benefit with this
	 low-impact excercise. My wife and I own Foot Solutions in Orland Park
	 and we are dedicated to giving back to the community by offering free
	 classes with a Certified Nordic Walking Instructor every Friday at 9:
	30 a.m. starting 9/19/2008. Poles will be availabe for loan and we jus
