	mith left his home in Nashville and moved in with his parents in Omaha
	\, Nebraska. Not exactly what he had planned\, but at the time it seem
	ed like the right move. It wasn’t until almost a year later that he 
	realized why. That’s when he met Jason Burkum\, an accomplished prod
	ucer from Nashville who had recently made the exact same move to Omaha
	. They became fast friends and musical allies. Providence had played i
	ts part\, and they quickly began preparing to record. They kept the ra
	wness of the songs alive as they tracked\, many songs recorded in one 
	pass by the players. What you hear on this album are the words and mel
	odies of an artist trying to find who he really is.
