	forth your inner peacefulness. Inner peace can guide you when parentin
	g your children. Assisting you when interactions between you and your 
	child start to get stressed or challenging. Yoga decreases stress\, ca
	lms the nervous system\, and quiets the mind\, which parents so deserv
	e to experience. Although quieting the mind will occur in this class\,
	 being playful and having fun occur naturally. An 8 week series will b
	egin Wednesday\, May 27th through July 15th. The class will begin at 1
	1:00am and end at 12:00pm. The class will be held at Family Paths\, In
	c.\, a non-profit agency that has served children and families for 37
