DESCRIPTION:  Seven mile paddle - bring your camera! This stretch of t
	he Piney has incredible rock formations. It's paddle #22 in the book\,
	 "Paddling Around Nashville." You should have a few paddles under your
	 belt to do this one. This stretch of the Piney has strainers that req
	uire strong arms to resist the pull of the water at the strainers. We'
	ll meet at the Shell gas station at the intersection of Hwys 40 and 48
	. This is at Exit 163 on Hwy. 40. Get off on Exit 163\, turn left on H
	wy 48 to the Shell Gas Station. Meet at 10 a.m. From there we'll convo
	y to the put in. Bring lunch\, drinks\, hat\, sunscreen. The take out 
	is at Nunnelly Bridge. We'll bring rope to pull our boats up the hill 
	or those with 4 wheel drive can get their boat at river edge. Note: If
	 Piney is not safe\, we'll paddle the Duck River instead. Check back f
