DESCRIPTION:  The Gallery at Dunia presents “Transient World\,” an exh
	ibit of paintings in acrylic and watercolor by Concord-based artist Ta
	lly Forbes. A naturalist at heart\, Forbes works with forms found in n
	ature\, then tests the boundaries between the tangible and the illusor
	y to create her own visual language. In her hands\, images of familiar
	 subjects – forests\, flowers\, diving hawks\, and rolling landscapes 
	– evoke discovery\, impermanence\, and distant memory. “Transient Worl
	d” runs from February 23rd through April 25th\; an artist's reception 
	will be held on Sunday\, March 15th from 2 to 5 PM. Attendance is free
	 to both the exhibit and the reception\; both are open to the public. 
	“Transient World” artwork will be available for sale\, and 15% of the 
	sales proceeds will be donated to The Nature Connection (formerly Anim
	als As Intermediaries\; www.nature-connection.org)\, a nonprofit whose
	 mission is to bring animal and nature programs to people with disabil
