	ll need to know about each others businesses and what makes everyone u
	nique. As an example: We all meet people throughout the day. As your m
	eeting people\, you generally have conversations with them. Typically\
	, In those conversations you will learn that that paticular person is 
	looking for services of some sote\, such as\, security services\, Insu
	rance or financing. At this point you would make a referral. The best 
	way to make a referral is to make an introduction. Say\, “Hey\, I kno
	w a guy that has a security company. You should let me introduce you t
	o him.” Then set up a meeting between that person and the provider of
	 the service. There are other ways to make referrals and they're also 
	good. But if you can get a person who needs a product or service\, in 
	front of the person who has the product or service… And then\, let th
	em make the sale. As a "leads group" we are not there to be the sales 
	force for someone else but rather\, connect with people\, and help oth
	ers to connect\, too. By serving others everyone benefits.\n
