	 Many species of waterfowl may be seen from the trail. The trail is mo
	stly along park roads\, however some of the walk is over grassy fields
	 and on a boardwalk into the marshes along the Houston Ship Channel. I
	t is recommended that you bring insect repellent\, sunscreen\, a hat\,
	 water\, and binoculars.
