DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the Chicago Bears\, the NFF Chicago Metro Chapte
	r Awards Ceremony will be at Halas Hall (1000 Football Drive\, Lake Fo
	rest)\, which is rarely open to the public.  Thanks to a dollar-for-d
	ollar match by Bears Care\, at least $20\,000 in college scholarships 
	will be provided.  Details are provided below.\n\nMonday\, February 2
	3\, 2009 from 3:30-6pm at Halas Hall (1000 Football Drive in Lake Fore
	st).  \nAt least $20\,000 in college scholarships will be provided to
	 Chicago area high school seniors that have excelled on the football f
	ield\, in the classroom and in the community.  Scholarship recipients
	 are nominated by their high school football coach or athletic directo
	r\, and winners will be announced in early January.\nJeff Joniak retur
	ns as Master of Ceremonies.  Ted Phillips\, Chicago Bears CEO and Pr
	esident\, will be the Keynote Speaker.  Northwestern University Hea
	d Coach Pat Fitzgerald will be honored for his induction into the Coll
	ege Football Hall of Fame\, as introduced by Dave Eanet.  Northern Il
	linois University Head Coach Jerry Kill will receive the prestigious N
	FF Courage Award.  Current and former NFL/college football players wi
	ll attend including Notre Dame Heisman Trophy winner John Lattner\; Il
	linois Head Coach Ron Zook\; College Football Hall of Famers Jimbo Cov
	ert\, Tom Beck and Leroy Keyes\; John Mackey Award winner Tim Stratto
	n\; Dave Revsine\; Brian Baschnagel\; Dan Jiggetts\; Bobby Douglass\; 
	Glen Kozlowski\; Emery Moorehead and more.\nEarly Bird Registration 
	(by December 15\, 2008) is $120 for each attendee.  This includes 
	a 1 year NFF Membership valued at $40 for each attendee.  Attendees t
	hat are already NFF Members will have their current membership extende
	d by 1 year.  For those who register after December 15\, the cost i
	s $150 per person\, which also includes the 1 year NFF Membership.  P
	roceeds are used to provide college scholarships at this event\, with 
	a match provided by a generous contribution from Bears Care.\nSpace is
	 limited to 100 people on a first-to-register basis.  NFF Members can
	 bring as many guests as they wish as long as the 100 spots are not fi
	lled.  If you register for more than one person\, we will contact you
	 via email to obtain the names of your guests.\nOnly registered attend
	ees will be permitted past the security guard booth at the entrance t
	o Halas Hall.  There are no paper tickets to this event since the nam
	es of all registered attendees will be on the list at the security gua
	rd booth at Halas Hall.\nBusiness casual dress.  Soft drinks will be
