seum Houston presents the exhibition Never Let It Rest! An Art Project
	 by Hans Molzberger\, February 27\, 2009 through August 9\, 2009. "Nev
er Let It Rest!" is a documentary art project by contemporary German a
rtist Hans Molzberger relating to the small town of Salzwedel in the S
axony-Anhalt region of Germany during the time of Nazi control. A conc
entration camp for women was erected in Salzwedel in 1944 as a satelli
te to Neuengamme. Up to 1\,200 women\, most of them Jews from Hungary\
, were imprisoned there. Included in the exhibit is historical docume
ntation of events of the time and an art installation created to addre
ss specific issues of persecution\, war propaganda and the concentrati
on camps. The exhibit also includes oral testimonies from some of the
women who were in the camp and now live in the United States and Israe
	l. Today\, Molzberger lives near the town and continues to be fascinat
ed with its history. He will speak during a free public preview recept
	ion at 6 p.m. Thursday\, Feb. 26\, 2009. Pictured: Tunnel\, inside.
