DESCRIPTION:This contest is open to the public. \n\nIn honor of its 1s
	t year anniversary\, Memorial Hermann Prevention & Recovery Center (Pa
	RC) Adolescent Program will host an essay contest for patients\, famil
	y members\, and friends\, this July\, and asks\, "How has alcohol and 
	drug addiction affected your family?" Or “How has receiving treatmen
	t (at the PaRC) changed your life?” The contest is open to current a
	nd former patients\, of PaRC\, as well as their family\, friends and t
	he public. \n\nThe grand prize winner will receive a $100 gift card to
	 Target. Second prize is a $50 gift card and third prize is a $25 gift
	 card to Target. \n\nEssay contest registration forms are available on
	line at www.mhparc.org/files/entry_form.pdf . Entries must be typed\, 
	must not exceed 450 words and must be submitted by e-mail to mhparcess
	ay@memorialhermann.org or faxed to (713) 329-7560 to the attention of 
	"1st Anniversary Essay Contest" with a completed entry form. Once subm
	itted\, all entries are property of Memorial Hermann Prevention & Reco
	very Center and may be archived for public use in print\, online or in
	 other formats.\n\nLimit: One entry per person. \n\nThe contest deadli
	ne is August 17. Winners will be announced in August on our website.
