	 isometric stretching & strengthening techniques\, which allow the stu
	dent to isolate muscles and tap into areas of the body they didn't kno
	w existed. Body Fusion is geared towards learning how to improve daily
	 life activities\, and how to prevent injuries by “listening to and k
	nowing your own body”.  This class is also the perfect preparatory c
