DESCRIPTION: This Dauphin County event is open from dawn to dusk. Rate
	d 1+. The Lake and River Trail goes around Italian Lake\, uses portion
	s of the Capital Area Greenbelt\, goes along the Susquehanna River\, p
	asses many outstanding architectural beauties\, and the Governor's Man
	sion. It includes a Obelisk dedicated to the Civil War soldiers. Camp 
	Curtain was in this area and was one of the largest mustering-in sites
	 of the Civil War. The trail starts about 2 miles from the registratio
	n point. Driving directions to the start of the trail are included on 
	the trail instructions. This trail can be added to the Historic Trail 
	at the Governor's Mansion for a total of 22K with two event credits.
