	 A. Davis.  The 2010 festival will feature the literary talents of bot
	h local and national authors of all genres. Festival goers can have bo
	oks signed by their favorite authors\, and children can take part in f
	un games and crafts. Area schools and libraries have been invited to d
	iscuss and distribute materials about their reading and literacy promo
	tion programs. Schools and libraries have been asked to provide activi
