DESCRIPTION:  Our meetup is designed to give you a total body dance fi
	tness workout in one (1) hour. We ensure the music is great so that yo
	u feel like you're dancing instead of doing regular aerobics. We incor
	porate dance moves such as hip-hop\, ballet\, Latin\, and African with
	 traditional cardio\, strength\, and flexibility training exercises. S
	ession starts promptly at 9 AM. Please come 15 minutes early to regist
	er/sign-in. Bring water\, and a towel or yoga mat for floor exercises.
	 Attendees pay $8 per person for your first time. Only cash is accepte
	d on site. Money is collected at the start of the meetup\, and no refu
