DESCRIPTION: The Danskin SheROX New England Triathlon is sanctioned by
	 USA Triathlon. All participants\, including relay team members\, must
	 be a USAT member or purchase a single event permit for $10. If you ne
	ed to make any changes to your race Category (Individual or Relay) or 
	Division (Age Group\, Buddy Wave\, Survivor Wave\, Elite Amateur or El
	ite Pro)\, or change a Relay Team entrant\, please download\, print ou
	t and complete a Change Form. Information on where to mail or fax the 
	form is on the form. You will be charged a $15 change fee\, and the ch
	ange needs to be made at least 14 days prior to race day. This fee is 
	in addition to any increase of fee as a result of the change. If the c
	hange results in a lower fee\, there will not be a refund in the diffe
	rence\, but the change fee will be waived.
