DESCRIPTION:  This is a standing run\, meaning that it occurs every Su
	nday morning at 630 am at the Bandshell\, located at Johnson Street an
	d the beach in Hollywood\, FL. This run is hosted by the Gold Coast Ru
	nners\, which is a group affiliated with the Runners Depot stores. Eve
	ryone is invited\, there is no fee\, no sign up for this weekly event.
	 Cathy and I are generally there every week\, unless we are out of tow
	n\, scheduled to race somewhere\, or hung over. But most weeks we are 
	there. Regardless\, even if we aren't\, just show up\, introduce yours
	elf\, tell them that you know Cathy and Ernie and they'll treat you li
	ke family. The course is simple and can really be any distance and/or 
	pace that you want. The group takes off at 630 am on the dot and heads
	 north on the Broadwalk. The main group goes all the way to the Dania 
	Fishing Pier\, which is three miles. There they stop at the water foun
	tain for a few minutes before coming three miles back. Again\, it is a
	n out and back\, so you can go the whole way or shorter. You can run w
	ith the group\, which generally splits up after the first half mile in
	to slower and faster packs\, or you can run by yourself. This is a ver
	y casual\, very friendly\, non-intimidating run. Really\, it is enjoya
