	ient of a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts Big Read feat
	uring Jack London's The Call of the Wild. The Huntington Library and o
	ther local Pasadena businesses will be supporting the Big Read by host
	ing a number of events through October starting with The Big Read Kick
	-off on Saturday\, September 27th at the Huntington Library. Vroman's 
	is one of those participating businesses\, and in support of the Big R
	ead we will be hosting a viewing of the 2000 film version with Nick Ma
	ncuso and Rachel Hayward\, then leading a discussion of film vs. book.
