	 promoters want to celebrate the Declaration through six main themes: 
	Dignity and Justice\, Gender\, Participation\, Development\, Culture a
	nd Environment. Artists must evoke these themes through the realizatio

	 languages and distribute by the Office of the High Commissioner for H
