DESCRIPTION:  New night for the six week class series! Cardio Tennis i
	s a fun small group activity featuring drills to give players of all a
	bilities a high energy workout. Taught by a teaching professional\, Ca
	rdio Tennis includes warm-up\, cardio workout\, and cool down phases. 
	The drills are geared for existing players to get a great cardio worko
	ut while improving skills. And\, Cardio Tennis is more fun than workin
	g out in a gym or other forms of exercise! Classes will be on Thursday
	 evenings at 8 pm and class size is limited to six participants per cl
	ass. Since the class is prepaid\, you can split the six classes with a
	 friend\, if six weeks is too big of a commitment. Email Nicole with q
	uestions and to coordinate payment of class fees. Once the class is fi
	lled\, there will be a substitute list...email Nicole for the dates an
	d times available. Also\, The Winking Lizard Tavern and The Refectory 
	are just a few doors down for after class refreshments...\n
