	force energy meditation technique. The room has chairs along the wall 
	and carpeted floor space in the centre. If needed\, bring your own pil
	low if you want to sit on the floor. We will start with "Questions & A
	nswers". Q&A is where I address any questions you might have about Phi
	losophy or Meditation. The introduction to the meditation technique st
	arts at around 1:50PM\, so all you late birds try to arrive no later t
	han 1:45PM. Once the meditation teaching starts it will be a closed se
	ssion\, so don’t be late. There will be a 5 euro donation to cover co
