	ikkelsen and Brusch will perform selections ranging from Vivaldi to Th
	e Doors and Jethro Tull and will include their own concert-fantasia on
	 themes by J.S. Bach and Danish composer H.C. Lumbye.  One performance
	 only at 3:00 p.m.\, Sunday\, October 12 at Augustana Lutheran Church\
	, 5000 E. Alameda Avenue\, Denver.\n \nTwo countries: Jochen grew up i
	n Germany’s industrial Ruhr-area. After having lived in Denmark for 
	many years he has now settled down in the university town of Tübingen
	\, Germany.  Sven-Ingvart was brought up on the west coast of Denmark 
	and now lives in Hilleröd near Copenhagen.\n \nTwo backgrounds: Joche
	n studied violin in Duisburg\, Essen\, Hannover and London\, and Sven-
	Ingvart studied organ and church music in Esbjerg\, Copenhagen\, Vienn
	a and Paris.\n \nTwo careers: both musicians concertized extensively i
	n many countries as soloists and taught at many institutions such as s
	ummer-classes\, conservatories and universities.  Both have a long lis
	t of CD releases.  Jochen lives as a freelance musician in South Germa
	ny and Sven-Ingvart is organist at the Royal Chapel of Frederiksborg C
	astle in Hilleröd.\n \nAs a Duo the two musicians have concertized si
	nce 1989\, mainly in Denmark and with tours of France\, Germany and th
	e USA. Their many recordings feature rarities of the repertory as well
	 as their own transcriptions. Apart from these musical activities they
	 have never ceased to enjoy their fruitful and inspiring friendship.\n
	 \nThe repertoire of the Duo includes original compositions as well as
	 transcriptions from the baroque and romantic period   Modern music is
	 also included in their programs. The Duo caused enthusiasm at quite a
	 number of concerts\, presenting Sven-Ingvart Mikkelsen’s transcript
