DESCRIPTION:  Alright Divas I know you have some mountain biking in ya
	! I'm doing this ride at the flat iron vista trail again\, but a diffe
	rent part of it\, and hoping to start earlier then last time so we can
	 ride a little longer. For more intermmediate I will post another ride
	 soon for either 3 Sisters in Evergreen or Betasso in Boulder Canyon. 
	This is for beginners so no need to feel like you aren't good enough t
	o keep up\, this is going to be very easy paced ride. This ride is mos
	tly flat with a little up and a little down. So don't be shy!! The Fla
	t Iron Vist trail is off of route 93 between Golden and Boulder. Check
	 out the directions on this site. It will be the parking lot south of

	IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE A SPARE TIRE.....maybe even a headlamp incas
