DESCRIPTION:  Hi all- This is an after work friendly hill climbing pra
	ctice ride-no one will be left behind and everyone is welcome. We will
	 ride as a group to the start of the climb of Lookout Mtn and then (so
	 noone has a heartattack trying to ride at someone else's pace) will j
	ust do the steady climb up at whatever pace works for each person. It 
	is a very rare case when two people have the exact same hill climbing 
	ability. One person is usually having an easy time and the other is wa
	nting to slash their tires. Very fast people should plan on being work
	ed really hard\, because to make this a true "noone is left behind rid
	e) we will expect you to ride up and turn around and ride back down to
	 the last person and start riding up again! (or\, you must come on you
	r full suspension mtn bike with knobby tires so you have to work twice
