DESCRIPTION:  No Limit Texas Hold'em Cash Game: 50 cents small blind\,
	 $1 big blind. Minimum buy-in: $50\, Maximum buy-in: $100. Re-buys can
	 be made at any amount up to whatever the chip leader has. A Best Hand
	 of the Night Jackpot is made from a small rake from each pot that is 
	awarded to the player with the best hand of the session at 1 AM. The r
	ules and rakes are as follows: Pot Size/Jackpot Rake: $10 to $30/$1 ra
	ke\; $31 to $60/$2 rake\; $61 to $100/$3 rake. Over $100/$4 max rake. 
	To qualify to win the Best Hand Jackpot you must use both hole cards\;
	 go to showdown with the hand\; have played at least 4 hours in the se
	ssion and be present at 1AM with chips on the table. All jackpot rakes
	 are returned to the player pool minus $10 for Meetup site maintenance
	. There is no house rake or admission fee for the benefit of the host.
	 Regular players have seating priority and will be listed as my guest 
	when I schedule sessions. There is no need to RSVP. To become a regula
	r player you must declare that you will attend each session. Please co
	ntact me when circumstances arise that will prevent your attendance. R
	egulars who routinely miss games will be asked to RSVP with non regula
	r players. Regular players receive the courtesy of directly influencin
	g changes to the game if needed and may deal for tips when they lose $
	200 during any session. Regular players that haven’t lost two max buy
	-ins and non regular players can’t deal for tips. Non regular players
	 should RSVP "yes" or "no" as a matter of politeness. Non regular play
	ers will be seated first come - first served. Players requesting to jo
	in Jake's Poker Emporium will be asked a few background questions beca
	use I need to know who is coming to my home. If the new player doesn't
	 respond to the questions membership will be denied. Players requestin
	g to join the group that know a current member can be vouched in autom
	atically. Any member that doesn't RSVP or attend a session for three c
	onsecutive months will be dropped.\n
