	 on my teaching certification. I have been practicing Tai Chi for 2 ye
	ars now and have decided to get into teaching because of the wonderful
	 health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong. This group is for the folks in
	 the Cypress/Spring/Tomball/Magnolia areas. I love teaching Tai Chi. I
	n the first lessons we will start with Qigong exercises\, deep breathi
	ng and stretching. Then we will learn Tai Chi and all of it's basic mo
	vements to get the greatest effect from the exercise. Be sure to wear 
	loose fitting workout clothes and tennis shoes.\n
