DESCRIPTION:  This unique outing is designed for adults who have never
	 ridden a bike before. Our professional instructors will patiently tea
	ch you the basic skills of riding a bike\, including how to get on and
	 off\, stop and start\, and improve your balance. This outing will pre
	pare you for the next step?either our Introduction to Mountain Biking 
	or Introduction to Road Cycling outing. REI Novara bikes will be provi
	ded for everyone without a bike of his/her own (no extra cost)\; child
	ren\, however\, must provide their own bikes. Please bring your own he
	lmet. This outing is recommended for those 12 and older\; under 18 mus
