	ore about basic Kadampa Buddhist topics and/or meditation. Class will 
	include guided meditation\, short teaching and discussion\, and time f
	or socializing. Everyone is welcome. Join Ganden teacher\, Mark Gould\
	, for a meaningful discussion on "The Four Noble Truths in Daily Life.
	" Teachings are guided by "Introduction to Buddhism" by Geshe Kelsang 
	Gyatso. Each class begins with a guided relaxation meditation\, then t
	here is a brief teaching on the evening's topic\, time for question an
	d answer\, and finishes with a brief dedication. No special clothing o
	r registration is required\; just show up ready to relax and enjoy! We
	 ask for a donation of $10 or $5 for students/seniors\, but no one is
