	 Port Kaiser's Sport Club\, St Elisabeth in Jamaica on January 17\, 20
	09. This great one-night reggae festival managed by deejay Tony Rebel 
	keeps on promoting conscious reggae. Past performers here have include
	d Burning Spear and Jimmy Cliff. A reggae festival in Jamaica it may b
	e\, but there's no Red Stripe in sight. There's a strict no alcohol\, 
	no drugs and no meat policy (food served is vegetarian only) - it's al
	l about the music. The festival website publishes full details of this

	op reggae man Tony Rebel has pulled off a coup by establishing Rebel S
	alute – the only one-night Roots Reggae Festival in Jamaica\, and an 
	event which now attracts upwards of 30\,000 to this small village on t
	he south coast. Salute serves up a strict vegetarian menu along with m
