	 Inner Peaks\; $26 will cover climbing pass\, gear rental\, and lesson
	\, totally worth it for the incredible time you will have and the nice
	ly toned arms you will get! Seriously\, if you’ve never climbed befor
	e\, you’ll be amazed at how climbing is such a terrific sport for wom
	en—both physically and mentally challenging\, and loads of fun\, too.
	 Ask for me\, Helen\, when you come in the door\, and I’ll get you al
	l set up. I’ll introduce you around\, take you through your belaying 
	lesson\, and make sure you have a climbing partner. And then answer an
	y questions you have—and there are plenty of other climbers around wh
	o will do the same—it’s an awesome\, friendly community. You’ll wan
	t to wear longer pants—something looser and comfortable\, that the ha
	rness will fit over—and a comfortable top (gym clothes\, basically).
