	e About the Course Hsing I is the center line kung fu of Northern Chin
	a. It is based on the ideology of imposing your will on your opponent.
	 This art teaches a person how to project a rolling energy force which
	 they can use in fighting or daily life. We offer the Five Elements of
	 Hsing I Chuan which are taught with I Chuan type standing and meditat
	ion. Chi Gung and Nei Gung are the energy exercises which form the fou
	ndations of all Internal Martial Arts and Health Systems. These exerci
	ses will relax and open the joints\, fluid pumps and cavities of the b
	ody. Through them you will learn how to control the small movements of
	 the body to create a constant flow of movement\, breath and energy. Y
	ou will learn to feel your energy - dissolve its blockages\, increase 
	its amount\, and regulate its flow. About the Instructor Frank Allen h
	as studied and practiced the Internal Energy Arts since 1973. He was a
	n early student of Master B. P. Chan from whom he learned the Internal
	 Martial Arts of Ba Gua Zhang\, Hsing I Chuan and Tai Ji Quan as well 
	as the healing art of Qi Gong. Frank began to study with Master B. K. 
	Frantzis in 1976 and over the next two and a half decades studied Fran
	tzis’ Internal Arts\, including Ba Gua Zhang\, Tai Ji Quan\, Xing Yi 
	Quan Nei Gong\, and Taoist Meditation. He has also studied the Interna
	l Martial Arts with Master Jiang Jian Yee. Currently Frank travels ann
	ually to Beijing where he studies Cheng style Ba Gua Zhang with Grandm
	aster Liu Jing Ru and Northern Wu Style Tai Ji Quan with Grandmaster L
	i Bing Ci. Since 1984 Allen has been the disciple of Western Boxing Ma
	ster\, Verne “The Bulldog” Williams.\n
