	. Ever drive by a place and promise yourself someday you'll check it o
	ut? Even though this walk is not nearby\, it's hard to pass up because
	 it’s in an area I’ve been hoping to explore. This downtown L.A. wal
	k will go past lots of "Top Ten LA" sites like Chinatown\, Union Stati
	on\, Little Tokyo\, El Pueblo de Los Angeles\, the LA Cathedral\, Disn
	ey Hall\, Pershing Square and the Museum of Contemporary Art. It’s a 
	one-way route and we’ll be taking the metro back to the start. This w
	alk is being sponsored by the Hollywood Star Trekkers walking club and
	 is AVA sanctioned. Let's carpool or caravan from Carlsbad. We’ll fin
	d a place for lunch afterwards so we probably won't get back until aro
