	 minutes during Savasana he will play them louder to penetrate the bod
	y. Due to the crystalline nature of the human body and its ability to 
	resonate with specific frequencies\, we can benefit from pure tones. O
	ne reason the pure tones vibrate our body is that it has a natural aff
	inity to quartz. The human body is made up of many crystalline substan
	ces\, the bones\, blood and DNA are crystalline in structure as well a
