	nd Senior Partner of Insight Education Systems\, a management and cons
	ulting firm specializing in leadership and organizational development.
	 Mr. Young will discuss his program entitled MicroInequities: The Powe
	r of Small\, a new paradigm for diversity and leadership\, based upon 
	research conducted by Professor Mary Rowe here at MIT\, and focusing o
