	company founders and CEOs will discuss a wide range of topics relating
	 to their personal careers\, their experiences running their companies
	\, where they get their best ideas\, and the future of the digital med
	ia industry in Boston. The panelists are backed by some of the leading
	 firms in the venture capital industry and are all on aggressive growt
	h paths. The panel will be moderated by Professor Terrence Masson\, a 
	member of the faculty at Northeastern. The panelists will discuss: The
	ir personal career path to their leadership position and their thought
	s on preparing young people to follow in their footsteps. The hot new

	nd product outsourcing in China. Brian Balfour\, CEO\, Viximo Brian Ba
	lfour is a serial internet entrepreneur and active member of the Bosto
	n tech community.Brian is currently founder of his fourth startup\, Vi
	ximo\, a company focused on the emerging virtual goods industry. Vixim
	o is funded by North Bridge Venture Partners and Sigma Partners. Brian
	 was also a founding member of Betahouse\, a co-working space for tech
	 entrepreneurs located in Cambridge. Brian specializes in online commu
	nities and blogs at www.SocialDegree.com. Matt Lauzon\, Co-Founder and
	 CEO\, Paragon Lake Matt Lauzon founded Paragon Lake in 2006 as a stud
	ent at Babson College. Lauzon enrolled at Babson because of its reputa
	tion as the number one school in the world for entrepreneurship educat
	ion and leveraged all the college had to offer while exploring various
	 business opportunities. Paragon Lake was born when Lauzon and a fello
	w student uncovered a niche in the jewelry industry at the intersectio
	n of e-commerce and mass customization. Serving as co-founder and CEO\
	, Lauzon took Paragon Lake from an idea incubating in a Babson dormito
	ry to become an institutionally funded company in just two years. Bria
	n Shin\, Founder/CEO\, Visible Measures Brian Shin is the founder and 
	CEO of Visible Measures\, the independent third-party measurement firm
	 for Internet video publishers and advertisers. Brian has co-founded s
	everal successful Internet software companies\, including web-based co
	llaboration technology vendor Creative Aspects\, which was acquired by
	 Medsite Inc. (now WebMD)\; and The Cambridge Intelligence Agency\, a 
	web-based email response management solution provider that was acquire
	d by marketing services company MSGi. Brian also co-founded technology
	 strategy consulting firm Infraweb\, Inc. where he served as President
	\, and was an early member of the team at Allaire Corp. which went pub
	lic in 1999 and was subsequently acquired by Macromedia.\n
