	 outdoors at the The Promenade on US 41 (Tamiami Trail)\, one mile nor
	th of Bonita Beach Road. Site is visible from US 41. This upscale Cent
	er is adjacent to Bonita Bay\, a 2\,400 acre gated community with 3\,0
