	!! 20 laps around is 5 miles.....Its a great moderate workout for thos
	e who are bored with jogging at the gym or need a less strenuous weekd
	ay exercise . If you are a slower skater ..that is okay to....try maki
	ng it 12 times around the oval..that is 2 1/2 miles! If you are a begi
	nner skater...dont worry\,\,\, you wont be left in the dust although w
	e will always pass you..we also will always catch up to you....Thats w
	hat great about an oval!! Your goal is 4 times around as that is exact
	ly one mile. ]How about a beer at Mooses Tooth or Bear tooth afterward
