	 give it a try? You may find it to be the best part of your day! Each 
	session will consist of a short time for breathing meditation and chan
	ted preparatory prayers\, followed by one of 21 different Lamrim medit
	ations as presented in Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso's "The New Meditation
	 Handbook." There is no cost\, no prior experience is necessary\, and
