	 This would be a good chance for us to do something out of our norm. M
	y name is Anna Applegate and I am the Promotions Manager for the Frede
	rick Keys in Frederick\, MD. The Keys are a Single A\, Minor League Ba
	seball team affiliated with the Baltimore Orioles. My paid intern and 
	I are both Harry Potter fans and decided to create a night dedicated t
	o Harry Potter here at the baseball stadium. We are having a glasses g
	iveaway\, a broom auction with signatures from the baseball players\, 
	Harry Potter related on-field promotions\, and a magician\, along with
	 some other fun things. We are having this night Monday\, July 13th. G
	ates open at 6 pm and the game starts at 7 pm. We are going to have st
	aff dressed up in Harry Potter gear but my attention was drawn to your
	 group and your groups’ enthusiasm for Harry Potter. I was wondering 
	if some of you might be interested in coming out to the ballpark in co
	stumes to add to the night a little bit. We could hopefully work out c
	omplimentary tickets if there is some interest. RSVP by July 6th and I
	 will contact Anna regarding the Complimentary Tickets she mentions. \
