	ht). Right on Central Ave for 0.4 miles (first light). Right on New Yo
	rk Ave and immediate left into the Biological Park parking lot. Park a
	nd walk through the gate to the Administration Office on your right. T
	he registration box is in the lobby. After you register\, you will rid
	e your bike to the trail head. Event Description:  Daily\, 8am-5pm. Cl
	osed Easter\, Thanksgiving\, Christmas\, and New Years The trail is ra
	ted 1 and is as flat as an ice rink. The trail is at 5\,000 feet eleva
	tion for the entire 15.5 mile route. The paved route along the Rio Gra
	nde Nature Trail is isolated from vehicle traffic. Exercise caution\, 
	as the trail is shared with walkers\, runners\, and rollerbladers.Star
