AD&D - A Return to Meira

Meira is a brutal, gritty, realistic AD&D campaign setting. This isn't a world of high magic and lofty ideals. It is a world where people do their best to carve out a living amongst the terrible things that plague the world. Bastions of civilization are sparse across a background of much darker things. Travel amongst towns is rare these days. Whole villages are vanishing on the frontiers. People are moving toward the protection of the larger cities and keeps. Communication between neighboring peoples is dying out. Tensions are rising even between allies. Order is being slowly eroded by chaos. Good is being slowly devoured by evil.
