Take in the splendor of lavishly decorated boats as Smith Mountain Lake State Park teams up with Virginia Dare Cruises to make a difference in a local youngster's holiday. Enjoy hot apple cider, roasted marshmallows and fellowship by the fire as the vessels float by. Bring a new, unwrapped toy or a warm coat, gloves, cap, etc., for a local youngster, and the park will waive the parking fee. If you can, please remember the ones who can't.
